The attached bar can serve up a cold red stripe or soft drink with your meal. Hours are 8:00AM to 5:00 PM Sunday through Friday.
Our full service "Bayview" restaurant is nothing short of breathtaking and it's hilltop setting affords views of Orange Bay and Negril when not mesmerized by the sunset or sea. The varied menu is devised and refreshed by renowned Chicago chef Brian Ferguson and the bar can serve all your favorite drinks. Hours are daily 8:00AM to 10:00PM most nights and room service is available.
