The Plantation Kitchen is located just steps from the beach and features authentic Jamaican cuisine.  The attached bar can serve up a cold red stripe or soft drink with your meal. Hours are 9:30AM to 5:00 PM Sunday through Friday and later during musical or theatrical performances, other special events or craft shows.

The seaside "Jerk" Centre is used for special events and weekend beach BBQ's featuring grilled fresh seafood, chicken and pork, while dining under the stars right on the beach.

Our full service BayView Restaurant is nothing short of breathtaking and it's hillside setting affords views of Orange Bay and Negril when not mesmerized by the perfect sunsets or crystal blue sea. The varied menu is devised and refreshed by renowned Chicago & New York executive chefs Brian Ferguson and Virgil Gibson in collaboration with accomplished Jamaican chefs resulting in a refreshing combination of authentic Jamaican and International cuisine.  Either the dining level bar or spectacular sky-deck bar can serve all your favorite drinks. Hours are daily 7:30AM to 10:00PM and room service is available subject to limitations.  One or both bars are open later if entertainment is scheduled for that night, or by popular demand.
