By popular demand, Rhodes Resort Jamaica Ltd. is pleased to announce a special Timeshare program for the most coveted of entitlements; guaranteed time each year, for a set price, at Magnificent Rhodes Hall Plantation.

Our plan is a simple 20 year “Right of Use” offering. Basically this is a form of long term lease that guarantees our clients, at an agreed upon price, the use of that individual room(s), for an agreed upon week(s) each year, for a period of 20 years. All the same rights as a deeded type of timeshare are conveyed to the buyer but at a more reasonable cost and with considerably less red tape. The timeshare can be sold or transferred at any time at the buyer’s discretion, the buyer may designate others to use any unused time or the hotel will assist in finding another guest to purchase any unused time using normal hotel channels.

Our timeshare guests will be entitled to use of all the facilities of the hotel that are available to any other regular hotel guest such as access to our beaches, lounge chairs, and mineral spring pool, and will be entitled to the same services that are available to any other regular hotel guest such as housekeeping , laundry, and maintenance services. There are no monthly maintenance fees, dues, taxes, assessments or management fees. The only cost other than the initial purchase price is a nominal daily services charge that applies only during the timeshare period. Any unused time you may wish the hotel to book on your behalf is split 65% to our client and 35% to the hotel.

We have a simple basic introductory pricing structure that can be negotiated or amended based on the particular room, week(s) desired, number of weeks desired, and length of time or amount of business you have favoured us with over the years.
