Vacation Club Membership
The Rhodes Resort Vacation Club is a simple 10-year “Right of Use” offering, in effect, a long-term lease guaranteeing you the use of a specific room or suite for one or more weeks each year for 10 years. The program is upgradeable to 15 years. You receive the same rights as a deeded type of timeshare except ownership in perpetuity, but you'll love the price--and a 3 year membership with Interval International Vacation Network is included.

Included Guest Services
As a Vacation Club Member you will be entitled to use of all the facilities of the resort and will be entitled to all guest services: housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance.
Fees and Service Charges
No monthly dues, taxes, assessments or management fees are charged. The only cost other than the initial purchase price is a nominal daily services charge during the timeshare period covering housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, supplies, utilities, and maintaining the grounds.
Transfer Rights & Interval International
You may sell or transfer your timeshare at any time at your discretion, and you may allow others to use it during your contracted time. As an Interval International Member, you will have the opportunity to trade your timeshare at any of its member resorts around the world. You will also be able to take advantage of the many special offers, promotions, and other membership benefits.
Calculate your own price
1) Select the room you wish to price from the "Rooms/Rates" tab above.
2) Multiply the appropriate rate for the time of year less a 25% discount factor, times 7 for any one week period, Saturday to Saturday.
3) Multiply your total from #2 above times 10 for a ten year, or 15 for a fifteen year vacation membership.
4) Multiply your total from #3 above times 1.12 covering taxes and fees to get your total cost of purchasing your Vacation Club Membership.
5) Calculate your initial daily services fee by taking the appropriate room rate from #2 above times .20.
6) Calculate monthly payments if financing for one year by multiplying total price times 1.10 and dividing that total by 12. For two years, multiply the total price times 1.15 and divide by 24. For three years, multiply the total price times 1.18 and divide by 36.
Example:
The Plum room in high season is $170 less 25% discount factor of $42.50 = $127.50 per night x 7 = $892.50 per week.
$892.5 x 10 years = $8,925 x 1.12 = $9,996 including all taxes and fees for a 10 year membership.
The initial daily services fee is $170 x .20 = $34 per day.
To finance this purchase for one year, $9,996 x 1.10 = $10,995.60 divided by 12 payments = $916.30 per month.
For two years $9,996 x 1.15 = $11,495.40 divided by 24 payments = $478.98 per month.
For three years $9,996 X 1.18 = $11,795.28 divided by 36 payments = $327.65 per month.
